Missouri teenager Jor’el Bolden faced challenges finding shoes due to his size 23 feet until NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, who also has large feet, learned of his struggle and sent him 20 pairs of shoes.
The teen called the unexpected gift “better than Christmas morning” and it marked a pivotal moment for him, especially since he previously had to wear tight shoes that limited his activities.
Shaq's gesture, part of his history of generosity, coupled with a crowdfunding effort for custom shoes, ensures Bolden has suitable footwear for the foreseeable future.
