Another loose kangaroo was spotted hopping around yesterday, this one making its bouncy way down Hickory Tree Road in St. Cloud, Florida.
Local resident Kaila Mullins caught it on video, because that’s not something you just let go by.
The kangaroo lingered in the middle of the road for a minute or two before slipping under a fence into nearby farmland.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission knows about the loose kangaroo but hasn’t figured out who owns it yet, even though the state keeps track of people who legally own exotic animals like kangaroos.
Just a week earlier, another kangaroo was seen on Interstate 85 in Alabama, showing these animals sometimes pop up in odd places.
