The Stark County Coroner's Office is reporting the death of a man who was injured Monday in a workplace accident.
Thirty-seven-year-old Daniel Chavez was hurt in an incident at a manufacturing facility called Canton Drop Forge.
He was later pronounced dead at the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, with the cause of death determined as blunt force trauma.
OSHA is investigating.
