Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar says he needs a liver transplant and has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

Kosar announced in an article in Cleveland Magazine.

Kosar was placed on the liver transplant list in the spring and said he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in February.

Kosar played for the Browns from 1985 to 1993 and then went on to win the Super Bowl with Dallas as a backup after leaving Cleveland.
