NOW that's relaxing! Lake Mitchell in Cadillac, MI will always be my favorite summer spot. Water was a little cold this time, but I bet by July 4th it will be nice and warm.
I was the grill master all weekend too. Burgers, hot dogs, brats? You name it, I cooked everything outside the last few days.
This was the only meal I didn't cook on the grill from Saturday on. We got back late last night, so we picked up a quick BBQ Chicken Pizza NeoPapalis style in Ann Arbor.
Now I'll spend the next 3 weeks working off all of those calories.
