The 90th annual Academy Awards are happening on Sunday night. To review, “The Shape of Water” leads the pack with 13 nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director for Guillermo del Toro. “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” and “Dunkirk” are right behind with nine and eight nods, respectively.
